The organizers of the Dog Days of September would like to thank all of the dog lovers who came out and made the 2007 Dog Dasy of September a huge success. A big "thank you" goes out to all the vendors that made the event possible and to all the dog rescues, volunteers, grounds keepers and everyone else that was involved with the Dog Days of September.

The Wiener Dog Nationals featured nearly 100 dachshunds competing with Scout and Blitzen taking top honors in each of the two divisions. Proceeds from entry fees went to the Dachshund Rescue of North America. Exciting improvements are planned for next year's Wiener Dog Nationals that will have more dogs in each race and less down time between races.
